As President of Ferguson Pape Baldwin, Ken Baldwin leads a team of 30 professionals as they design the future. He fosters the core values of commitment to client service, encouraging quality design and sustainable development on each project. In his 29 years with the firm, Ken has brought a focused, creative energy to his work, exploring the complex relationship between building and site, site and surroundings, interior space and the occupants.

Ken is a prominent leader in the biotech and development communities. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of BIOCOM, and was a founding board member of the San Diego Chapter of the International Association for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).Ken received both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. He is licensed and NCARB-registered in California, Arizona, Hawaii and Colorado.
