San Diego based BioMed Realty Trust Inc. celebrated their ceremonial Groundbreaking of their new three-story 84,000 square foot laboratory and office building on May 17, 2007. Designed by Ferguson Pape Baldwin Architects, this project is the fourth building at the Towne Centre Drive campus for San Diego based BioMed Realty Trust. This world-class laboratory and office complex is 100% leased to Illumina, Inc. and represents an expansion of their San Diego corporate headquarters.
